It’s the last email before you need to be a paid subscriber to get the newsletter. Good thing it’s the one where I give you details about the series of events this week that could turn out to be the next January 6 riot. (Spoiler: if it’s going to happen this week, it will be Saturday)

I’m sure you’ve heard about the standoff at the border between the Texas National Guard and Customs and Border Patrol. There’s also a convoy headed there to “help!” Actually, three convoys. And it’s full of folks that helped plan January 6, and Proud Boys, and Three Percenters, and there’s even some Nazis showing up to join in. And they’re doing unexpected things like saying the Doctrine of Lesser Magistrates is “the Texas solution.” 

Just to keep things interesting, there’s also a massive storm they are calling an “atmospheric river” that is supposed to flood most of California and the Southwest at the end of the week. I would love to believe that these people would see the significance of a Biblical flood not being in their favor.
